Shipping

All orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery across Saudi Arabia typically takes 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, for a different size, colour, or item of the same value.

Exchanges are free of charge. We cover the shipping.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Email us at support@snowdeer-ksa.com or use our contact form within the return or exchange window.
2. Include your order number, the item(s), and whether you want a return or an exchange (with the new size or colour).
3. Our team confirms your request within 24 hours and shares the shipping instructions.
4. Pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached.
5. Refunds are processed after inspection. Exchanges ship out as soon as your item reaches us.

Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags cannot be accepted.
