Refund policy

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, or an exchange within 7 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Returns: return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: free of charge, for a different size, colour, or item of the same value. We cover the shipping.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@snowdeer-ksa.com with your order number. Our team confirms within 24 hours and shares shipping instructions. Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags cannot be accepted.
